Processor terms are not currently offered.

Intakra has not yet completed the provider-contract and international-transfer verification required before offering its Data Processing Addendum. This page is a release-status notice, not a DPA and not an agreement to process Customer Personal Data as a processor or service provider.

Do not use the self-service product for personal data that requires processor or service-provider terms. Contact [email protected] before that use. Intakra will publish or countersign processor terms only after the applicable providers, contracts, retention paths, and transfer mechanism have been confirmed for the proposed data flow.
