Why publish pricing at all?
Our buyers are technical and time-poor, hiding a number behind a sales call wastes everyone's time. So Starter and Pro prices are right on the page; Scale and Enterprise are quoted because volume and security scope vary.
How does setup work, really no configuration?
You provide your company domain. Intakra researches it, infers your ICP, and proposes buying signals you can tune or add. It then surfaces scored accounts and includes source links when they are available. No card to start.
What makes the signals different?
They're not a fixed list. You define what matters in plain English, such as “hired a new Head of Sales” or “moving upmarket.” Intakra evaluates tracked accounts against those signals, shows source links when available, and ranks accounts so you can decide what to review first.
When do I move past Starter or Pro?
Choose based on tracked-account capacity: Starter supports up to 150, Pro up to 1,000, and Scale up to 2,500. Enterprise volume and any additional support or security commitments are documented in an Order Form.
What counts as a “tracked account”?
Any account in a workspace that Intakra is actively scoring for signals. The listed 150, 1,000, and 2,500 quantities are hard plan caps, not automatic overage. You can swap accounts in and out or upgrade when you need more capacity.
How are generated pages handled?
Generated-page usage is recorded for capacity planning and fair-use review; Intakra does not automatically charge a per-page overage. Any committed page limit or commercial term must be stated in an applicable Order Form.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the period end, no penalty. Annual plans are billed up front for the discount. No clawbacks, no retention maze.
