Alerts integration
Intakra + Slack
A workspace administrator can paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL in Settings. When Slack notifications are enabled, supported hot-and-fit account events and configured standing alerts can post to that webhook. This is not a Slack OAuth or channel-picker integration.
Use a webhook created in Slack and store it in workspace Settings.
Supported hot-and-fit events can include the account, reason, and an Intakra link.
Configured standing-alert matches can use Slack as their delivery channel.
Setup
- 01Create an incoming webhook in Slack for the destination you choose.
- 02Paste its hooks.slack.com URL into Settings → Workspace and save it.
- 03Enable Slack notifications or choose Slack for a supported standing alert.
Feature-dependent; requires a valid Slack incoming webhook and an enabled supported alert.
Questions
Will it flood our channel?
Use the workspace toggle and standing-alert criteria to limit supported posts. Review your webhook destination and alert configuration before enabling it.
What exactly gets posted?
The payload depends on the supported alert. It can include account context, the matched reason, and a link back to Intakra.
